"I've been there many times." Kiten looked up into the sky as he opened another door and walked out into a bright field. He smiled softly. "I hate it there...but I-" he stopped and looked down at his hands dejectingly. "I always return."

Kuuki said, answering Jisan's question quickly. "You will develop similarities to a falcon soon enough, you're just a lot younger than they are."

"No!" Kiten snapped, staring at them sternly. Then he sighed and put a hand on his forehead. "We can not risk any of you getting hurt...or killed. We're almost there now. We'll be safe in Vurnel. No one will bother us."

"What's HIS problem?" she asked Kuuki.
"I'm sure we'll see soon enough. If he were chosen by a spirit then he will do us no harm, and has the right intentions."
"You don't sound very sure." Kuuki got of her shoulder and hovered above her.
'That's because I'm not very sure..." he thought to himself, staring at Kiten.

Keishin hissed at the people and then rolled her eyes at Kiten. "Why won't they just believe you? Maybe you should tell them of the king's intentions...and the 'prophecy'."

"Well, it was nice walking with you guys, but I'll be heading home now."

Thrujai had stopped walking with them as Jisan and Ithil had, and she began a small conversation with Uvtriu.
"Where do you really think we are going? I don't think Vurnel is this way." Thrujai said in Uvtriu's language.
"I am not sure, but i do not like the way his Civet is actig. She seems as though she really isn't his spirit animal, but just an animal he is manipulating in some form." Uvtriu said, just tro voice her thoughts.

"I don't care what you have to say! I don't trust you one bit!" Jisan said angrily, turning back and sticking her tounge out in his direction. She then started walking away again.
"My purpose on this Earth is to protect you from the consequences of the decsions you make, and to give you these powers to aid you in the coming war. Are you positive this is what you want?" Jisan ignored him almost entirely, but heard the word, "war."
"What war?!?" she asked angrily. Kuuki opened his beak to speak, but all of a sudden the sky darknened and thunder boomed in the sky.
"I am forbidden to tell you of the future. Not yet." Kuuki said sadly and the sky cleared as quickly as it had clouded.
