Matsuri stood, staring frightened at the door. She ran to Takai, hiding behind him. She shook with fear, holding Ritoru-san tightly.

Kami's labs pawed at the door. But Kami had had enough time waiting and spoke outloud,
"I mean no harm, I just want a place to wait out the storm" Kami lied. Her voice was soft and smooth.

Jensei had smelled the human wolf creature earlier but now the scent was stronger. She ran curiously through the forest to the outskirts of the town. She stopped and looked around for any humans. "Why do they hate us so?" she asked herself, stepping cautiously through the town. She could smell them but couldn't see anyone. Suddenly, Jensei noticed someone one the porch of a nearby house. She darted behind a bush, the figure barely visable now. After watching it for a moment, Jensei thought she saw a tail.
"Hey!" she yelled. If this person could understand her, they had to be half human and half wolf.

"Matsuri, go down the hall and to the stairs leading to the basement." Takai barely breathed knowing that Matsuri could hear him, "Go to the back of the basement and there's a door. If this person gets in, I want you to go out that door. It'll take you into the forest. You got that?" As Takai said this his bright green eyes turned to a dark purple.

"But...if you're up here...what will happen to you?" Matsuri asked, looking up into his eyes. She took a step back when they changed color, but still stood behind him.

"Don't worry. I'll be fine. Now, go." Takai said as he gently pushed Matsuri towards the hallway.

Matsuri sadly looked back at him, then she held Ritoru-san tightly, and ran down the hallway and into the basement he had directed her to.
"Do you think he'll be alright Ritoru-san?" she asked him, sitting down. After a moment, she said, "I hope so too." and hugged him close to her face, rubbing his ears against her cheek.

((I guess so. No one has been getting on lately... Scarmendur hasn't had anything going on in ages because Suzanne doesn't get on. She hasn't even started in this one! Hurry up Suzanne!))

((I see you all have been forced to wait for me  Good.)) Kami whipped around, hackles rasied and growled deeply. Her fangs glistened(sp) with siliva as she sniffed the air. She smelt pure wolf. She lowered her hackles and listened. She heard the solo bark of a wolf, calling out to her. Her dogs barked and finally raised their hackles when they heard the wolf. Kami sillenced them and looked around. She saw nothing, but followed the place where the voice/howl escaped from. She kept her distance and her ears pricked forward. "What do you need?" she asked into the rain. She waited patiently for a reply. Her dogs stayed at the door of the house. They whined to be let in as the thunder clapped once more.((ooc:I need names for them but can think of none........ Chocolate lab's a male, yellow lab's a female, any idea for names?  ))) |
