"You can work out if you'd like."Uriko said,sitting up."Or you can have some food. It doesn't really matter." She slid out of bed with a cring and walked towards the ladder.
"I'm gonna go get the punching bag."she said softly,before putting her ear against the trap door,and then opening it.
((Now would be the perfect time for somebody to come get them.lol But no bad guy's on!))

Uriko rolled her eyes and walked into the living room. She then walked to the back,walking into her room. Posters covered the wall and papers scattered thee floor.She opened up her closet door and nodded inside it,where a large, blue punching bag hung.
"There." she said softly,crossing her arms.
((Yeah.....um......besides her,Busuzima,and Bakuryo,cause Busuima is dizzy,Jenny is...um...ya know. and Bakuryo isn't bad anymore.))

((well then we're kinda stuck, aren't we? lol and here i come!))
Bakuryo burst open Yugo's door, finding the room empty. He scowled and threw the gloves onto the ground. He walked outside and transformed into his mole, bounding off toward Long's mountain. That's where he and Uriko were. When he got there though, he found no one. Bakuryo hissed and ran for Uriko's house.

"Thanks." said Shina.
She pulled two, thin, black leather gloves from the pocket of her cargo pants. She put them on her hands, giving them a tight jerk to make sure they were on, and then stood to where she could easily balance herself and it would be hard to knock her down. She gave it a few, quick, hard punches, and then kicked it's side. She felt the adrenaline begin rushing through her and smiled. She did a body punch and then a few quick jabs and a round house kick. The bag swung back from her kick, hitting the wall.

Uriko walked out of her room and down the hall. When she passed the door that had been closed for so long,she let out a sigh,but kept walking. They hadn't touched her mother's room since her dissapearence. They had said it was because she would come back, but now she knew that it was because they couldn't bear packing away her things.
Uriko walked back to the living room and sat down on the ledge of the trap door.
"Wake up!" she hollered down to the two.

Long's eyes shot open and he looked up at Uriko. he stood with a big yawn, walking to the foot of the ladder. "How'd you sleep?" he said tiredly.

Bakuryo slid to a halt in front of the door. He knocked a couple of times, waitin for someone to answer.

"I felt like I didn't get any."Uriko smiled softly,then stood as she heard knocks on the door. She looked through the peak whole,seeing Bakuryo. She gulped,should she let him in? Would he try to hurt them again?

Shina jabbed the heavy bag in quick consecutive punches and stopped as she heard knocking. She nonchalantly quieted her punches, wondering who it was.

Yugo awoke with a start. He remembered everything that had happened last night, but he couldn't believe it until he opened his eyes. He found himself in a cell and there were a man outside doing some experiments.
Yugo tried to stand up, but found he couldn't ((u said it made them weak)). He reached to where Bakuryo had injected that potion. It stung almost as much as his crest did. He sighed and sat up, wincing as he did so.

"Ah.You're awake."Busuzima smirked.He set down the vial he was working on,his new drug for Gado,then rolled up his sleeves,crossing his arms and leaning against a table.

Jenny sighed as she walked down the hall. She couldn't let feelings like that affect her anymore. Pity no one, be empthatic for no one. She walked into Busuzima's office and looked from the holding cell to Busuzima.

"We didn't know if you were going to hurt us or not." she said softly, in a scared tone of voice.
