Zach felt horrible now. he didn't mean to be that harsh. with a grunt he got up from the couch slowly and limped away, almost falling several times. finally his knees gave out and he sunk to the ground by the wall, his shoulders heaving with sobbs.

Terriella's phone started to ring again,and her,wanting to get away from ewverything,walked outside to answer it.
"What?" she snapped into the phone,then relaxed after a moment,Jeremy always had this effect on her.She sat down on the porch,rubbing her hand down her face.
"Sorry.I'm just...tense."Terriella mumbled."No.I'm fine." she said,sighing.She burried her head in her arms.

Ethilon turned and looked at his friend on the opposite side of the room. Suddenly, he felt a burning on his side. He cringed and bent over, not knowing what it was. He rached inside his coat pocket and pulled out his stone, but it was fine. Then he remember. Reaching into the pocket of his pants, he pulled out the necklace Shadin had been wearing. It was burning hot, even the chain and Ethilon dropped it the moment he picked it up. "Shadin!" he said worriedly. "Come look at this!"

Zach flung around as the necklace dropped. the necklace he had cut off from Shadin. "what's it doing?" he asked, slowly advancing towards it.

Shadin hurriedly picked it up and stuffed it in her pocket.
"Kadaj was telling the truth about something." she said, "The one who trains the Stone Weilders must have this. And it will hurt anyone who it is not. Seeing as you cut it off," Shadin looked at Zach, "Then you were going to be effected by it until it was returned. And I cannot speak of it if I do not have it."

"so that's what happened," he said quietly as the pain subsided as it touched Shadin. he rubbed his back and neck slowly, flexing his arms and legs that were severely cramped.

Takarra walked over to Shadin.
"You know things and you need to fess up! He almost died and he has a right to know why!" screamed Takarra, fed up with her crap.
She walked over to Zach and hugged him.
"We'll find out what's going on."
