Jakai looked down again as their 'friends' showered them ith another volley of arrows. Jakai had been in a bad mood for some reason, and he was quickly losing his temper. He looked down at them and amplified his voice with a small movement of his lips. "will you just leave us alone?" he shouted. After he shouted, he sent a wide arch of fire towards them. It was so large that they couldn't avoid it in any way. It anded upon them and the surrounding forest, but Jakai smited it before it could burn any of the trees.

Jakai sat back agains Warrikal's neck as he flew. "It's nothing," he said. He rolled over onto his side and watched the ckouds go by. Warrikal could sense his rider's distress, so he flew through a few clouds, where he and Jakai could talk without being overheard.

Warrikal shot Rasshu a kind-of 'go away, i'll fix it' type of look. Rasshu flew offa bit, and Warrikal returned his attention to Jakai, who was once again slumped against Warrikal's neck.

'I'm not sure. But he definitely doesn't want to talk about it.' Taron thought.

Aurora convinced Rasshu to fly up by Jakai again.
"Come on, stop being so distant." she said happily.

'I feel weird,' Jakai thought to Warrikal. Jakai's head felt light and everything was becoming blurry. 'What's going on?' he thought.

Jakai shut his mind off from Warrikal, and Warrikal got the message of 'not right now' written all over Jakai's face. Jakai touched Warrikal's right wing with his foot, and Warrikal banked downward to the right, trying to miss the trees and land in a clearing.
